Gardai from the Garda National Drugs Unit assisted by local Divisional Units seized cocaine and cannabis herb following a planned operation in Tallaght, Dublin yesterday evening, the 25/2/08.
The seizure took place at approximately 6.30pm.
One male was arrested, and was detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice Act (Drug Trafficking), 1996 in Tallaght Garda Station.
He is due to appear in Kilmainham District Court at approximately 12.15 this afternoon, the 26/2/08.
The estimated value of the seized drugs pending analysis is €310,000.
