Drug seizure and arrest at Dublin Airport on the 2/02/08

In a combined operation Gardai and Revenue Customs Officials seized herbal cannabis and arrested one man at Dublin Airport.

 

In a combined operation Gardai from the Garda National Drugs Unit and Revenue Customs Officials seized herbal cannabis and arrested one man at Dublin Airport this morning, the 2/2/08.

The man arrested is an Austrian national and he is being detained at Santry Garda station under the provisions of Section 2 Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking ) Act.

The estimated value of the seizure is €200,000.
