Gardai from Ronanstown arrested a man as part of an ongoing operation to target the supply of illegal drugs in the Clondalkin area.
Gardai from Ronanstown arrested a man at approximately 2.00am this morning, Sunday, 3rd February 2008, as part of an ongoing operation to target the supply of illegal drugs in the Clondalkin area.
The man, aged 24 was arrested at a house in Collinstown Grove, Clondalkin, Dublin and a quantity of what is believed to be cocaine was seized.
The estimated value of the seized drugs pending analysis is €70,000.
Small quantities of what are believed to be crack cocaine and cannabis resin pending analysis, and some drug papaphernalia were also seized.
The man is being detained at Ronanstown Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act.
