Gardai are appealing for witness following a Post Office robbery at Woodbine Road, Donnybrook today the 18th December 2008.
Two males entered the premises via a rear door and lay in wait until two staff members arrived shortly after 9 am. One raider was armed with a knife, staff were threatened and a quantity of cash stolen. No one was injured during the raid
The raiders are described as 5ft 10, heavy build and 5 ft 7, light build, both covered their faces with scarves.
Garda are appealing for anyone who was in the Trimelston / Woodbine Road area last night the 17th December 2008 or in the area this morning before 9.30 am to contact them at Donnybrook on 666 9200.
