Gardaí at Nenagh are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the death of a 29 year old man at an apartment in Summerhill, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary on the 26/12/08 and updates.
A 28 year old man will appear at a special sitting of Nenagh District Court at 11 a.m. on the 28th of December 2008, charged in relation to the death of 29 year old man at a house in the town on the 26th of December 2008. Both men are originally from Lithuania.
As part of the investigation Gardai have arrested another person. The 27 year old man was arrested last night and is detained at Thurles Garda Station under Sec 4 of the Criminal Justice Act.

Gardai investigating the death of a man in Nenagh, Co Tipperary yesterday (26/12/08) have this evening (27/12/08) released two men from the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against The State Act. A file will be prepared for the DPP.
A third man remains in custody under Section 4 Criminal Justice Act 1984 at Nenagh Garda Station.

Gardaí at Nenagh have arrested 3 men in relation to the investigation into the death of a man that occurred in the early hours of this morning.
Two men were arrested in the Nenagh area and are aged 31 and 26 years. Both are detained under Section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act at Thurles and Nenagh Garda Stations respectively.
Another man was arrested in the Limerick area. He is 28 years of age and is detained at Nenagh Garda Station under section 4 of the Offences Against The State Act.

Gardaí at Nenagh are investigating all the circumstances surrounding the death of a 29 year old man at an apartment in Summerhill, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary, in the early hours of this morning.
As a result of a call received to our control centre Gardaí went to the apartment where they found the man, who had serious injuries, being treated by ambulance staff.
The man died at the scene and his body remains in situ.
This scene is presently preserved and the services of the Garda Technical Bureau and the State Pathologist have been requested.
A post mortem is expected to be carried out in The Mid West Regional Hospital Limerick later today.
No arrests have been made and investigations are continuing.
