Gardai at Pearse Street are investigating a serious assault which occured at Georges Quay/Tara St junction, near the entrance to Tara Street Dart Station, at about 11.50am this morning on the 30th December, 2008.
Gardai at Pearse Street are investigating a serious assault which occured at Georges Quay/Tara St junction, near the entrance to Tara Street Dart Station, at about 11.50am this morning on the 30th December, 2008.
The injured man aged 25 years received a number of stab wounds to the upper body and is currently in St James Hospital. His injuries are not life threatening.
Gardai would like to talk to anybody that was in the Tara Street Dart Station/Georges Quay/Burgh Quay/Tara Street/Hawkins Street area of Dublin 2, today between 11am and 12 noon, to contact them and anyone who may have information about this attack to contact Pearse Street Garda Station at 01.6669000.
