Murder of David Brett on the 21/5/07 - Arrest made.

Gardaí investigating the murder of David Brett at Foyle, Ballydesmond, Co. Cork on 21st May, 2007 have arrested a male aged 29 years.

 

Gardaí investigating the murder of David Brett at Foyle, Ballydesmond, Co. Cork on 21st May, 2007 have arrested a male aged 29 years.  

The arrest took place at 10.30a.m.this morning, the 22nd August, 2008. The man is being detained at Bandon Garda Station and is detained under Section 30 Offences Against the State Act, 1939.
