Gardai at Castleisland, Co Kerry are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Scartaglen, Castleisland on the 15/8/08 and name.
The man who died in the fatal collision in Castleisland on 15th August (previous release 986/08 below refers) has been named as 67 year old Gerry Cullinane from Knockrour, Scartaglen, Co. Kerry.

Gardai at Castleisland, Co Kerry are investigating a fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Scartaglen, Castleisland last night (15/8/08).
A 60 year old male pedestrian was struck by a car at approx 7pm (15/8/08) He was removed to Tralee General Hospital where he died as a result of his injuries. The scene of the collision has been examined by Gardai.
