Gardai at Ballingarry, Co Limerick are investigating a two-vehicle fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Downes, Ballingarry, Co Limerick at 9.45pm on Friday 22/8/08.
The collision involved a van and a SUV (sports utility vehicle).
The driver of the van (only occupant) a 20 year old man was fatally injured and his body removed to the Midwestern Regional Hospital in Limerick. The female driver of the SUV was injured.
