The Garda National Drugs Unit seized a large quantity of Cannabis resin this morning, the 8th August 2008, as part of a joint operation with Customs and Excise.
Two of the 4 men arrested in relation to the drug seizure yesterday morning 8th August, 2008 at Forestlittle Road, Dublin will appear before Dublin District Court 44 this morning at 10.30am.
The other 2 men remain in custody in Ballymun and Whitehall Garda Stations.

The Garda National Drugs Unit seized a large quantity of Cannabis resin this morning, the 8th August 2008, as part of a joint operation with Customs and Excise.
The seizure, valued at 1 million euros, was made at Forestlittle Road (behind Dublin Airport) when three vehicles were stopped at 6.30am this morning.
Four men were arrested and are currently being detained at Santry, Ballymun and Whitehall Garda Stations under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act 1996. The men are aged 42,44, 50 and 32.
