A search was carried out by An Garda Síochána in the Blacklion area of Cavan and the PSNI carried out a search in the Belcoo area of Fermanagh on the 20/8/08.
The man arrested in Blacklion yesterday morning has been released from Manorhamilton Garda Station without charge.
A file will be prepared for The Director of Public Prosecutions in relation to his detention.

Early this morning searches were carried out on both sides of the border.
A search was carried out by An Garda Síochána in the Blacklion area of Cavan and the PSNI carried out a search in the Belcoo area of Fermanagh. As a result of these searches An Garda Síochána arrested a man in his early 30’s under section 30 of The Offences Against The State Act. He is presently detained at Manorhamilton Garda Station.
