Gardaí are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 45 year old Gerard Ward from his home at Macroom Road, Coolock, Dublin.
It is now believed he was wearing light blue denim jeans, dark brown desert boots and a dark colored jacket.
He was last seen in the Ferrycarrig, Darndale area at 14.30pm on Friday, 18th April 2008.
His family are very concerned and request Gerard Ward to make contact as soon as possible.
Anyone with information is requested to contact Coolock Garda Station at 666 4200.

Gerard was last seen at his home at 14.20pm on Friday 18th April 2008.
He is described as being 5ft 6in in height, brown hair and blue eyes.
When last seen he was wearing a green jacket and also had a black leather jacket in his possession.
