Gardaí investigating all the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Melissa Mahon in September 2008 have made an arrest.
The 43 year old man who was arrested in relation to the disappearance of Melissa Mahon has been charged in relation to the incident and will appear at a special sitting of Sligo District Court on the 11/3/08 at 8.30pm.

Gardaí investigating all the circumstances surrounding the disappearance of Melissa Mahon in September 2006 have on the 10th April 2008 arrested a 43 year old man in the Sligo town area.
He is being detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act at Sligo Garda Station.
No further information will be made available at this time.
