Gardai in Fermoy are investigating a two car fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Cornglass, Conna, Mallow, Co. Cork.
Gardai have named the victim of yesterday's (27th April 2008) crash as 16 year old Kevin Walsh of Kilclare Upper, Conna, Fermoy, Co Cork.
Gardai from Fermoy Garda Station investigating the collision, would like any witnesses to contact them on 025 82100.

Gardai in Fermoy are investigating a two car fatal road traffic collision which occurred at Cornglass, Conna, Mallow, Co. Cork (this is the postal address), at 6.30pm this evening 27th April 2008.
A 16 year old male was pronounced dead at the scene after the car in which he was a passenger collided with another car.
The drivers of both cars were taken to hospital. The driver of the car in which the fatality occurred was taken to Cork University Hospital, and the driver of the other car was taken to Ardkeen Hospital in Waterford.
Neither are believed to have sustained life threatening injuries.
There were no other occupants in the cars.
The road is closed pending a forensic examination tomorrow morning and diversions are in place locally.
These are expected to remain in place until approximately noon tomorrow.
