Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Kilmastulla, Birdhill, Co. Tipperary.
Gardai are investigating a fatal road traffic collision at Kilmastulla, Birdhill, Co. Tipperary at 4.15 pm on the 8th of April 2008.
A male driver in his early 20's was fatally injured when his car was in collision with a truck.
The driver of the truck was taken to Nenagh General Hospital suffering from shock.
The body of the dead man will be removed to Limerick Regional Hospital where a post mortem examination will take place. There were no other injuries in the crash.
The road at the scene (N7) remains closed while Garda carry out forensic crash scene examinations.
