Gardai are investigating a fatal fire at an apartment at Suir House, Canada Square, Waterford, which was discovered on the morning of the 30th of April 2008.
The bodies of two men were discovered at the scene.
The two men, believed to be twin brothers aged 33 years were pronounced dead at the scene shortly after 1.00p.m., their bodies were removed to Waterford Regional Hospital where a post mortem examination will be carried out tomorrow the 1th of May.
A technical examination of the scene will be carried out by Garda Crime Scene Examiners.
