Gardai from Pearse Street Garda station, Dublin are investigating an assault on Dame Street, Dublin 2.
Gardai from Pearse Street Garda station, Dublin are investigating an assault on a 24 year old male which occurred on morning Monday, 14/4/08 at 4.15 a.m. at Dame Street, Dublin 2.
This incident happened as the injured party was walking along Dame Street when he was approached by a number of men and a woman.
The man was assaulted by a member of the group and received injuries to his head.
He attended Tallaght Hospital and was subsequently released.
Gardai would like to talk to anyone with information in relation to this attack or anyone who was in the Dame St area of Dublin around the time of the incident to contact Pearse Street Garda Station at 666-9000 or any Garda Station.
