Please can you provide a breakdown of the type of FCPNs, charges and summonses such as speeding, holding a mobile phone while driving, dangerous overtaking etc.

Please can you conduct a search for data from 1 January 2019 to 27 March 2024, or a date range as close to this range as possible.

Please can you indicate the revenue collected on foot of the FCPNs and court outcomes and the total number of penalty points endorsed on licenses during the period
2. Please can you also provide a copy of information relation to collisions along the N17 between Knock and Ballindine, including:
• The number of collisions recorded
• A breakdown of the status of each collision (material damage only, potential injury recorded, fatality recorded etc.)
• If a driving offence was suspected in the collision, and if so, the type of offence.
• Total number of fatalities
• Total number of injuries
3. Please can you provide information relating to the number of speed checks carried out by Garda members or by GoSafe or other personnel during the date range in question.
4. Please can you provide information relating to the number of checkpoints including MAT/MIT checkpoints conducted on the N17 between Knock and Ballindine and the number of arrests and vehicle seizures on foot of these checkpoints.
5. Please can you provide copy of any information transferred from An Garda Síochána to the Road Safety Authority in relation to road traffic policing, road traffic collision and road traffic collision and road traffic offences relating to the N17 road.

To confirm, the date range for all enquires is from 1 January 2019 to 27 March 2024, or a date range as close to this range as possible.
