Arrest re Assault on R108 at Huntstown, 20th October, 2023.

Gardaí at Dublin Airport investigating the alleged assault on a woman which occurred on the R108 in Huntstown near Dublin Airport on the morning of Friday 20th October, 2023 have arrested a man.

The man, aged in his 40s was arrested on Tuesday 7th November, 2023 and was detained under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984 at a Garda station in North Dublin.

He has since been released without charge and a file will now be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
