Gardaí attached to the Garda National Economic Crime Bureau have charged the male, who was arrested on 13th September, 2022 for the offence of Insider Trading contrary to Regulation 5, European Union (Market Abuse) Regulations 2016, (S.I. No 349 of 2016).

He is due to appear before the Criminal Courts of Justice, Court number 4 this morning Friday 9th June, 2023 at 10.30 a.m.
