€660,000 Cannabis Herb Seizure Joint Operation with Revenue, Dublin 7 - 12th December 2023

Gardaí have arrested a woman in her 30s, following a seizure of an estimated €660,000 cannabis herb in Dublin 7 earlier today, Tuesday, 12th December 2023.

The operation was carried out by Gardaí attached to the Garda National Drugs and Organised Crime Bureau (GNDOCB), the DMR North Central Divisional Drugs Unit and Revenue Officers.

33kg of cannabis herb was seized with an estimated value of €660,000. 

The woman is currently detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996 at a Garda Station in Dublin.
