Update 2 – €1m cash seized Co. Limerick 14th December 2013

Investigating Gardai have made available a photo of the cash seized during Saturday’s organised crime operation at Portcrusha, Co. Limerick.

A male aged in his 50s remains in Garda custody at Henry St Garda Station following the seizure of in excess of €1m cash at Portcrusha, Co. Limerick, on the 14th December 2013.

He is detained under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act, 1996.  

A second male in his 40s arrested has been released without charge.
