Missing Person - Seamus Higgins, Ennis

Gardai in Ennis are seeking the public's assistance in tracing the whereabouts of 22 year old Seamus Higgins who has been missing since the 10th August 2013.

Seamus was last seen in the area of the Dun na Hinse housing estate.  Seamus was last seen wearing Jeans, grey jumper with grey Hoodie underneath, white and navy runners.
