Skerries 100 Motorcycle Road Race - 2016
A number of road closures will be in place on Friday and Saturday, the 1st and 2nd July 2016
The annual Skerries Motorcycle Road Races (Skerries 100) will take place on Friday, the 1st July Saturday, the 2nd July 2016.
Practice races will take place on Friday (1/7/16) with road closures in place from 2pm until 9.30pm, the Main Lusk to Skerries Road (R127) will be closed during these times. Access to Skerries will be via Rush with diversions in place in Lusk. Motorists can also access Skerries via Balbriggan using the M1. Local access will be maintained at all times.
The actual Road Races take place on Saturday (2/7/16) with road closures in place from 9.00am until 6.30pm (See Above).
The Skerries 100 starts on Thursday, the 30th June 2016 with the ever popular "Classic Run" around the town of Skerries, the event starts at 7.45pm with sign on at 6.30pm. The town of Skerries will be a one-way system for the "Classic Run".
Patrons are advised to be aware of their own personal safety and security while attending this event.
Persons attending this event are urged to use official car parks only.
